Offecct has teamed up with eight designers from the MA Product Design program at ECAL (École cantonale d'art de Lausanne), led by course tutor Camille Blin, to reinterpret the acoustic room divider. Acoustics have been a steady part of Offecct’s portfolio since the early 2000s. With the trend of open-plan work and living environments, the demand for versatile acoustic solutions has regained momentum, prompting a reconsideration of this category. How might these reimagined room dividers transform office environments and better support contemporary work habits?
