Founded in 2020, we are a norwegian biodesign lab that accelerate the transition to a post-fossil circular economy; bridging applied research and market needs. Driven by curiosity and collaborations spanning industry, society and the non-human, we reach deep understanding of contexts.
At DS we show raw materials from Norway that can be used to make materials for interiors and furniture, and that phase out fossil plastics.
We share work in process and insights about bio- and geo-materials.
Meet Baremark, living playground surfacing, Woolly Pot, plantable plant pots and Woolly Silent, natural sound installations for interiors made of 100% wild wool. All are plastic-free and available for pioneer clients.
